Yale alarm 6300 range has reduced

Hi There, i have had exact same problem with my yale 6300 system. the bell boxes work but i can get anything from the door contacts or pir`s or remote keyfob.
someone said it could be due to the recent solar flares we have had.

I have tryed to contact yale but they still haven't replyed to my emails.
if anyone has any info it would be amazing as the system is only a year old

Its odd this one. I have installed some Yale systems this week for people and had no transmission problems.

You say the bell boxes work.
Did you get another working siren? or do you mean the external siren and internal siren work when activated by panic mode.

If the pirs , door contacts etc aren't communicating with the panel then you would have a fault show up on your panel . This would be indicated by a message on the lcd screen.

Is the orange light lit on the panel indicating a fault?

Have you tried the system in walk test?
