Hi, can some one give me a little advice, just bought a property and the flow and return are on the same side of the rads.

Will be replacing the boiler in distant future and going with a condencing combi, will i still be able to use the original valves, or will they have to be replaced so trvs can be fitted.

Cheers in advance

Twin entry will have to be replaced for trvs to be used and piped up to each side .
Very rare and very expensive but there used to be trv twin entries

Another consideration to bear in mind is that twin entry valves are not compatible with many modern radiators. The rad fittings are the same size, but they turn 90 degrees and enter the rad from behind the panel, so there's no way to get that essential bit of tube projecting from the valve into the bottom of the rad.
