Hi All
I have a flat with an internal bathroom. there is no ducting to the outside & to change this would be near impossible. I have lived in the flat for several years & to be honest its never been much problem to me, but I want to sell in the near future & feel its time I sorted it. Anything I can do without ripping my (& others) flat apart?

You have to get a duct somehow through your flat to the outside. You probably won't be allowed to duct via or exhaust into the common close.

If the joists run the right way you can get oblong duct under floorboards. Otherwise at ceiling level and boxed in, or through kitchen cupboards or the top of built-in wardrobes, are the usual means of conceiling it.

Do you have a near by cooker extraction hood?

Don't know the laws on this but if you did maybe you could branch in there?
