Does anyone know how to remove the ball point ink from my daughter's vinyl doll? She is old enough to be very upset about my friend's toddler drawing all over her blessed "Toby" doll........we are indebted to you....Thanks ahead! Ruthy |

Try using hairspray (laquer); it works on leather suites! |

Ballpoint ink is alcohol based so try meths first. Failing that, acetone will clean the dirtiest vinyl but be careful; it does so by dissolving a layer off the surface. I've never tried it but nail varnish remover might also do this. |
