Hi all,

We have a fairly old sterling alarm system, with panel, hard-wired door sensors and a keypad with LCD display. It's old but works well enough, except that some of the buttons on the keypad are sometimes reluctant to work, needing a very hard press or several.

So, is there a way to refresh the keypad/ buttons by dismantling & cleaning etc, or is this likely to be terminal? If terminal, can I replace the keypad with a generic one, or do I need to source a Sterling? If the latter, any ideas where I might find one?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Ale.

Hi Joe,

Just googled, and yes that's the one. I've found a stockist to sell me one too.

Many thanks!

Alex.
