outdoor lighting

I am looking for an outdoor light that has a dusk to dawn facility on a 'dim' light setting and then a movement (PIR) sensor that goes to bright if anyone passes within range. I had a previous bulkhead fitting that did just that but it died on me and I've been unable to find a replacement. They all seem to do either/or but not one where the light is on during darkness hours on a dim setting and then brightens upon movement.

Does anyone know where I can source something like this please (my last one only cost around £20 and was just perfect).

I think the problem may be that these types of lights use inefficient tungsten lamps rather than energy saving types and so are becoming rare. However, Wickes still do one:
