Eurosec CPX Reset - HELP!!

I just attempted to arm the alarm today and I forgot the garage door was open so the alarm triggered as soon as it was set. I went back inside after closing the garage door unset the alarm and attempted to reset it. It would not let me giving the error:

'Can't set use ENGNR code'

I have the engineer code but how do you go about resetting?? Thanks!!!

was the system fitted by a company?
if so contact them to reset the system

if the system was fitted by a company and is not monitored (to ARC)
again contact the company and get there engineer out to put your system on USER reset not ENGINEER reset.

if you fitted it yourself, use your engineer number

I fitted it myself and will change it to user reset for future.

So do I just go into engineer mode, reset menu and do a reset?

i am a bit unsure with that model

but i think if you enter into engineer
change setting from eng to user reset
then come out of eng mode this should fix it

Enter the engineer code, press NO to "Do you want to use ENGR Mode?", press YES to "Do you want to set system?". When it starts setting, enter the engineer code again to stop it. That will perform an engineer reset.
