Hi all, new to this place hopefully you can help.me as been waiting for land lord to sort our alarm out for what seems like a lifetime.
The alarm only has challenger on the key pad, can't see anything else in the box either. It only has one contact on the front door seen as on top floor.
Down to the point. Came to arm the system one day, put the code in and didn't get the usual chime. Now don't get any lights on the panel or entry/exit chime. have tried disconnecting mains and battery but still nothing.
Any help would be much appreciated as its driving me mad!
