Hello
We have had 2 of these machines now both brand new ,the problem is that as soon as we plug them in and switch on they trip the rcd ,We have never had a problem with the old washer ,or the rcd tripping at all ,any idea cheers neil

Have you tested it with other high voltage devise such as a vacuum cleaner?

Tried another plug socket. 2 mcs cannot be faulty.

thanks for the replys ,yes tried other high powered items ie hoover ,kettle ,oven (micro) none of these trip the rcd in other plug sockets ,plug the new washers in rcd trips ,and tried it in other plug sockets and it trips rcd
