Hi,

can anyone please provide some guidance and solutions to my problems

on the picture above you can see the limescale from which we are suffering a slow drip.

firstly, i have no idea of boilers and thus what that part is called?

secondly, the section in the middle is where the drip is coming from.

can it be fixed, can i fix it or how much will it cost to be fixed

looks like the gland is leaking, see that bit that screws in? you can replace that part, your picture is rather small though, hard to really see

gland, stuffing gland, all the same thing, look on the link you can see a few of them, you would need to isolate the cold water, remove the micro switch and replace it, depends how confident you feel, i would personally pop a new diaphragm in at the same time, it wont cost much to get someone into fix it, best done sooner than later, before it shorts out the micro switch

Just in case you cannot find the correct service kit, Try P/no 5111137

Google it and you should be able to find it for around a tenner.
