Old Imperial pipes

I am going to replace my old bathroom suite and have found that the pipe work is old imperial ¾ inch and ½ inch. Can someone please advise me on how to convert these pipes to 22mm and 15mm before I cut them?

15 is a straight swop 22 you need an adaptor either comp olives or yorkshire do them as well
