Vokera 24e no ignition, no lockout light

We woke up this morning and there's no central heating and no hot water.

I've looked through this manual here and followed the lighting procedure of turning the dials into the relevant places, but nothing. The thing still makes all the right noises, which i'm assuming is the fan or whatever, but there's no pilot light flicking on.

The lockout light isn't on either, i've even pressed it to make sure, but nothing. There's talk of a digital readout on these forums, but there isn't one on my boiler. The manual i have is for a Vokera Maxin 24e and 28e, but i'm not sure which model it actually is, one of the two.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Not since it was installed. I think it's about 2 years old, it was there when we moved in and the previous owners had it fitted not too long before they moved out.

These boilers have problems with the ignition box....if everything else is running but it is not making a sparking noise then that would be my guess. The only way to check for sure though is some diagnostic checks with a multimeter.
