Accenta G3 Problem

I have an accenta G3 alarm and we had some builders in and the alarm went off quite a few times when the PIR's got disturbed. Now the temper light is on and keypad inactive.

Any ideas how I can resolve this?

Is it locked out? do I need an engineer code?

Have checked wiring and all seem intact< but I'm no expert.

It's probably just the tamper spring in the PIR that isn't closed properly.

Take the lid off (silence the alarm with your code). Press the tamper spring until it clicks. Hold it down while someone else enters your code. If it clears then the lid just needs refitting. If not you'll need to check out the wiring from the panel end.
