Hi i have a texecom premier 48 alarm system with zone expander fitted last year in my house in Spain, i had the system brought over from the UK so calling out a texecom engineer is not so easy, the person who fitted it is uncontactable, i have only now got round to try and sort out a couple of things with the system.
1st When the alarm is set off the outside front and back bells or the indoor sound bomb do not sound but the strobes flash, I have even performed a bell test from the keypads but no bell sounding. could it be set to silent and Alarm Receiving Centre maybe of what ? any help would be gratefully apreciated.
2nd I am trying to word each zones on the premier LCD RKP, kitchen, lounge etc but cant seem to find any thing in the manuals,
