stamp ink on handbag

hi,
i just got a gorgeous new handbag and a stamp on my arm rubbed the wet ink into the crocodile print vinyl on my bag icon_sad.gif (the bag is light purple and the ink is blue) is there anything i can do to get rid of the ink? i have tried but nothing i have tried is working.

I thanks for the replies. I wasn't sure what to try that wasn't going to damage the bag, just gentle soap and a cream cleanser. What was that about milk??
