hold a rag under the centre screw and remove screw.
it'll trickle some water out and also remove air.
fit the screw turn pump up to speed 3 and try again.
pipe either side of pump should get hot.
make sure you try heating and hw so all air is removed.
have you any bleed vents around the flow pipe into the cylinder etc ?
