Hi

Please can anyone help me with a supplier of "Terraneo 2 wire video entry systems VK2A-043 804". I think the outside box has packed up after 8 years, Where can I get another please??



If I really have to I will buy new, but I really object to the crazy prices! especially as the terraneo systems are so modular.

Do you think it is the outside module? How so?
Is it multi apartment, if so do the others work?
A 2 wire system is hard to diagnose unless you have the right equipment or a "engineers" handset.

Test first or get someone used to this equipment before you spend on something that is not the issue.

When I used to work at Edmunsons Electrical they used to be able to get hold of Terranio kit 0121 244 4000, its been a few years since i worked there so it might have changed, hope this might be of some help

We still do not know if it is the handset or the entire system.
OP swap a handset with a friendly neghbour that is known to work.
Put yous on his and his on yours.

Simple deduction then will apply as to what is wrong.
If yours works on his and his not on yours it a cable issue.
If yours does not work on his nor yours, still could be cable as it is 2 wire.
Then test with the KNOWN handset at the distribution board at the entry panel.

Takes a few minutes to do all this but the only way to fully test.
