I have fitted 2 baxi wall heaters and one will not light i have tried sorting the thermal coupling out but the fault is still there when i release the switch to turn it on fully it goes out. Any suggestions is it likely to be the valve has anyone come across this?

What pilot ?

Take the casing off and see if it ignites and holds,if it does it will be the casing restricting the the knob,ie not depressing the "mag valve" enough to "make"
If this is the case simply slide a couple of washers over the gas tap shaft before replacing the control knob, this will allow clearance between knob and casing........all do"uble "entantres resisted !!!

I have tried with the casing off even now tried new thermal coupling and by the ways its a 5. Thanks everyone
