I have a baxi bermuda 675 gas fire and back boiler. On servicing the boiler and cleaing air intake filters I have seen a sheeting on the side that is like powder, as there is a sheet on each side where there is intense heat it would appear to be a heat insulator. My concern is that it may be asbestos does anyone know? If it is then when hot are asbestos particles likely to come out into the room when the backboiler is on?
Thanks
