wc connector help!

I'm replacing our bathroom suite, all went relatively smoothly till i got to the wc, which didn't match up too closely to the soil pipe (I guess the new pan is a bit lower than the old one). The connector is a 90 degree one, and it looks like it's still got a bit of a fall in it but not as much as it used to. On the test flush it leaked a little bit where it connects to the pan. Any suggestions? (we've got no loo till I fix it :( )
