Our Indesit FX31K (all manual) electric oven is overheating - you can't set the oven temperature, it just keeps heating.
I know you have to set the grill knob to MAX and then turn the oven knob to the desired temp, but it ain't making any difference.
We don't use the oven that much so haven't been overly concerned, but I don't fancy having to regulate turkey cooking by opening the door every 20mins!

Any thoughts on which one will control the oven temp?
