Hi,

My machine has recently developed a problem,

fault F05 flashing on display towards the end of a cycle.

Machine a year old.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Filter blocked /drain pipe or waste spigot

1 of 2 places depending on the drum , remove the kick strip at the front.right hand corner is there a twist filter if not remove rear White lower panel and there's a black rubber cup with a jubilee clip round it.

have located twist filter.

can only turn anti clockwise 1/2 turn!!

is this normal, dont want to force it.

Theres coins jammed in there. Tip mc back and twist the filter left to right to unjam it, it should undo freely once it's out.
