worcester combi - sound of water through system

my combi boiler seems to be heating up water all the time,not just when the hot tap is turned on and it sounds like water is running through the system all the time.
This has only started happening the other day.
Any ideas what it might be?

Make sure next door hasnt tapped into ur hot supply.
