I have a 9.5kw Triton Trance 2nd generation shower.
Over the last month or so, it has had odd moments where the on/off switch has not stopped the water from flowing; even when I turned the unit off using the pull cord at the wall. It took a dozen or so tries and then - finally- turned off.
It has done this about 4-5 times in the last month, but when I was de-scaling it, it did it again, only this time it refused to respond at all for about 30 minutes.
Anyway, finally got it to cut out. Everybody in my house had their showers. It worked fine, until I went to have mine. Now whenever I try to turn it on, the low pressure light comes on and the water won't flow at all.
I'm just wondering if anyone else could give me any advice, or if anyone else has had a similar experience.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
