Grill in Siemens hb905... cuts out after about 20min

Hi

We have a Siemens HB 905 ( dont know the exact model) double electric oven.
the grill works fine (though it seems to glow red hot all the time)
occasionaly and i think after its been on for a long time it will just cut out.

I am guessing that this will be a thermostat problem.
are these easy (expensive) to replace
also any ideas where it would be located

its a siemens 90555GB/06
I can find a thermostat online but they appear to be for the main oven ( cant see the "probe" in the top oven.

There are usually some letters before the numbers ie WT57030DC/05

If not can you post the FD number in full

the plate says

Ok your model has a cooling fan at the rear that blows air under the controls but above the grill cavity.
If this is not running or working properly the space under the controls will overheat and a thermal fuse may operate to prevent further damage (normally a one shot but sometimes auto reset)

although i have hadnt running until it cuts out I can hear the fan running when it heats up.
