more noisy pipes!!

About 6 months ago we had a Baxi 105HE installed,but recently when the heating comes on it sounds like a golf ball is bouncing down the pipes.This only happens for a few mins but is enough to wake us up!Is there anything we can do or have we just got to put up with it?

Most likely it's the noise made by poorly installed pipes rubbing against floorboards etc , and jerking about while they heat up.

Call the installer back.
