hi all i have a 1.9d van and had aleak on rocker cover,ordered gasket and took off cover.The trouble is the gasket seems to fit in a groove but my cover and head are both flat so no groove.is there any over gasket to fit.I have done a temp fix with a liquid gasket but not working very good.Any help would be great thanks peter

Sounds a though they give you the wrong gasket

hi i have been to 5 different suppliers and they all come out with the same one

Does one half of the gasket have a groove and the other side flat. If so the rocker cover slots into the the groove of the gasket.
