Hi

As title suggests I have a TV which was involved in an accident

I didn't know this until after the fact but my TV has a thick piece of plastic covering the screen and behind this is a glass screen and there is a gap between the 2, the glass however is now smashed, intact but smashed!!

Is there any hope for my Samsung or is it now in Plasma heaven!!, I have since purchased a new 42" LG and its awesome so if I can get my Samsung fixed it will go in out bedroom

Any info would be great

The plastic part will be there to protect the screen, while the glass will be a filter for the Plasma cells behind. If the TV lights up properly then you can replace the filter, but if the glass damaged the cells when it broke then it's game over.
