Hi All - I am changing a burglar alarm pir to a magnetic contact switch. The contact switch has 3 silver screw terminals called 'Contact Circuit' and 2 brass screw terminals called 'EOL or Tamper'. What wire do I connect to what terminal, I have black and red (power), white and yellow (relay) and blue and green (tamper). I have tried numerous combinations without success. Thanks in anticipation of your assistance. :?: [/b]

The brass ones are the alarm circuit.
Silver use to tie a pair together for a tamper circuit.

Thanks for your help.
Does that mean red and black (power) go to the brass screws and the blue and green (tamper) go to the silver?

NO

No power needed for a contact.
White and Yellow for the brass screws.
Twist blue and green together and put under a silver screw.

DISCONNECT at the panel the red and black.
It is not needed.
