Sorry for my 1st post to be a question, but as you probably know, we only find really useful forums when theres a pressing need.

I've done a little research online and have a rough ideal, but some advice off more experienced peeps would be recommended. (I have done a search but my requirements slightly differ from posts I've read).

Right then, I'm not too shabby with IT or technology but alarms are totally new to me. I'll try to keep this short and sweet as I tend to waffle ;)

Basically I'm looking for a alarm and CCTV for a new home.

ALARM

Requirements for Alarm are:
Approx 5x PIR's (Dual type I think??)
Ability to use impedance key fob (non battery type) prob need 3-4.
2x panic switches for bedrooms.
Possibility to have it txt my mobile via a PAYG Simcard (does this exist or do you have to hook it up to phone line?

Could anyone recommend any brands/models for the components I need (control box, panel and PIR's that support the above and perhaps the best place to get them from please?)

CCTV
Right I think I have this part under control, here's what I think I could do with - Please feel free to advise if you know better :)

DVR:

Cameras:
1x domed for porch to see faces

1x external to overview driveway:

Good thing about this CCTV is that:

Cameras are supposedly very good
Can log in through internet to view
VGA out for use with PC monitor
Mouse control

Think thats about it, thanks for reading, all replies gratefull received.
