KESTON C36 COMBI BOILER PROBLEM

Hi everyone , any help appreciated. No error code coming up but no heating and the below two readings seem to be the culprit.

1 -000
8 - 000

Water temperature in the morning was upto 54C although the heating was not working but has since then is now constantly at 25C. Any suggestions please on what could have gone faulty and what I can do ?

Open Therm Controller fitted? if so check settings on controller !

it is a Honeywell T6360B Room Thermostat. But there seems to be something wrong with the thermostat as rather than triggering the boiler at 15 -18C as usual it is now triggering the boiler at 30C. Boiler does start working and heating if thermostat is set to 30 but the setting 8 is still 0

Any idea how do I fix the thermostat and what could be faulty?
