BOSCH - CONTINUING TO FILL AFTER CYCLE

I have a Bosch hydrosensor 3300. Following the end of the wash the machine continues to fill even if switched off. Its flooded the utility room twice and the only way to stop is turning the water off. The wash and drain cycles appear to work ok.

You don't say what sort of appliance it is, dishwaser, washing machine etc.
It is probably a bit of grit stuck in the inlet solenoid valve, which should be renewed.

usually shortly after the water inlet

thanks Kev, do you know if its accessed after taking the blue hose off or will the back of the machine need to be removed?
