The backing paper of vinyl papers should NEVER be left on the wall and papered over, the only way you will find out if it is succesful is if your new paper doesnt bubble up...then its far too late and you have wasted time and money. No self repecting decorator would do this as there are so many possible pitfalls....very bad advice DIYnot __________________ How much!
