Wiring lamp into two way circuit on the 4 core cable to the

I want to add a second hall light, close to the second 2 way switch which is fed by a four core cable. Connected to the live and neutral of this cable the lamp goes off and on out of sync with the first light. Any solutions?

You have a problem.You cannot do it like that.

There is probably no neutral in that 4-core cable (I'm guessing it is 3-core and earth?).
The way to do it is to wire the second lamp from the existing one.
