I want to replace the interior doors in my flat but don't want fire doors.
Does this contravene buildings regulations? And what's the outcome of doing that? Who will I get into trouble with? |

Without seeing your flat layout we don't know, best to give the BCO a ring. __________________ Always judge a man by the way he treats someone who is of no use to him |

If your existing doors are fire doors then you will most likely need to replace these with fire doors. you should be careful if you are looking to change the doors to glazed doors as the glass would also need to be fire resistant.
Good advice to consult your local council BCO. |
