G-TAG alarm

i own a flat thats a g-tag alarm fitted that as a fault code of 2277 and says needs a engi + anti.
itas this wriiten on the pad 55T01152D" and "PR5457 Rev 1.0.
any help would be great thanks

Does it signal to an ARC?
It is looking for an engineer and an anticode to reset.
Are you under a contract with an alarm company, that is the only reason it should ask for this method of resetting.

Even if I gave you the anti code ( which I wont anyway) you still need the engineer code.

As above the system is or was a signalling systems or is setup incorrectly for bells only.

Again, you wont get very far without the engineer code, contact the installing co for assistance.
