Hi Guys

One on the radiator in my house is cold. It does have a thermostat fitted, i have removed the head of the stat and the pin is up I have also moved it up and down so its not stuck. The pipe at the base of the stat is hot. Any ideals?

what about the lockshield valve on the other end of the radiator?.
If its closed then no flow. If it's open, well still no flow but for different reason.
Blockage due to sludge? Air lock?

Try closing other radiators which will direct all the flow to problem one.
Also try bleeding problem radiator with one valve closed and one open, then again in reverse order. If it fails to bleed in one of these situations it will indicate if problem is on the flow or return pipe.

Try turning all other rads off on one side of rad, normally this works if not turn off the other side, once u got heat to the one which was cold then turn all rads back on.
