6x2 4.8m deck joists... Heavy?

I have some 6x2 4.8m deck joists being delivered tomorrow, however I will be the only one at home and need to get them moved into our back garden.

Will I be able to move them on my own? Even if it's just by dragging?

I did manage to drag some 2.4m sleepers a few months back, so will they be lighter than those?

Each one will weigh about 25kg's which i think is about 1/2 the weight of a sleeper.. anyways dont put your back out, lift with the legs
