Hi, I am due to move into a new build in a few weeks that runs on a combination boiler. There is no shower but I have had it plumber ready for a shower. This has turned out to be plumbed for electric - am i right in saying I can\\\'t get a power shower? Electric showers are ugly! What can i do?!!!

If you don't want an electric shower you can have a thermostatic mixer installed that will run off your combi.
I would advise you to go for at least one electric shower in the house.
Combis go wrong more often than older systems where at least you often had an immersion heater as back up. If your combi goes down on a bank holiday it could take a while to get it fixed
