Extend TV & Satellite cable to another room?

Hi,
I'd like to extend the cable for a tv/satellite system in to another room. This is the only outlet plate at the moment -

and the only cable in to it looks like this -

Can I simply add this cable - http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/CASATW.html - in to the terminal on the right hand side of the existing cable (it has an arrow going 'out') then terminate it in to one of these plates - http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/AATVSATF.html - in the next room?
