Hi I have an Accentra /optima 8 about two years old. this does not happen every time but when I set the alarm and then unset the alarm the strob light starts flashing on the bell box .( the bell box is about 5 years old) I have tried vewing the event log but it just shows the exit zone as the last event, so I do not think the alarm as been set off.
I hope you may be able to help cheers for looking

Looks to me the "service timer" has kicked in IIRC.
If you have the engineers code that will stop it.
Otherwise ignore it.
