Hi.I have a Triancogas WM 30/40 RS boiler. Its sits on outside wall.I am thinking about building a conservatory and it would sit on same wall as flue. Can this flue be moved and if yes what is the way to do it?I know i can't do it on my own and i am not planning to.I just want to know if this is possible?if it has to stay in its place what are the regulations for space between conservatory window and flue. Thanks for help.

The trianco is way past its best. Change the boiler at the same time and have it fitted to current standards.

Thanks for quick reply. What if i would like to replace it with a new one?will i need i combi one or can i stay with same type that use a water tank?what type of work would it be and what would be cost of ne w boiler and labour?

Conventional, System or Combi may all be suitable for your home. But it would need to be assessed by a registered installer that can best advise you on the system most suitable. Direct replacement will obviously be the cheapest as long as your system is a fully pumped system. Cost?? Depends on your area.

Thank you all for replies.I have arranged for someone to comeand have a look at my situation so hopefully he will eplain everything to me.bye
