Accenta alarm still going off after a power cut...HELP

We have just had a power cut the first since I moved into ny new house. Once the powercute was over the alarm box outside the house was going off and the one inside aswell. I do not know the code for the alarm so wanted to cry.

Anyway the alarm has been going on and off for 2hours- the nrighbours will love me but I have no idea what to do.

PLEASE PLEASE can somebody help me.

I am going to ring my letting agents first thing in the morning but it started at 3 0 clock this morning and need all the help I can get.

The alarm has not been serviced, the standby battery needs replacing, you have not been given the code or instructions for the system and what to do if things go wrong.

This alarm will be part of the fixtures & fittings that you are paying for.

The Letting Agents / property OWNER need to do something about this TODAY.
