First of all thank you Richard for your very helpfull advice.
This is a follow up from my preverus post
I informed the next door person i will be removing our fence (Which we own) To clean this waterbase stain off which has come through our side.
(He turned very nasty.) I was'nt there at the time.When i got home my wife was very upset. It has gone to the stage now where i will have to get a court order to leave us alone.I think you call it a injuntion.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
