It doesn't come with a built in IR illuminator, but they usually don't need one. There are stand alone illuminators available on their website though should you need one.

CAM620 shows in stock.
Shame the field test is not quite as good as claimed though.

Think you also really need to sort the lighting out op, separate IR illuminator would be my way.
Dont rely on the cams jiggery-pokery such as "sense up" to give you good night time images.
