Hi, my beloved dishwasher has started to make a "gurgling noise" like it is overheating on the wash cycle, water is coming in but no spray, then its making a "gurgling"sound as if it is overheating. I have checked that there is no blockage in the waste pipe. Can anyone help? No lights are flashing indicating what fault it is.
Thankyou ange

thankyou, hope its the CAP! would you be able to tell me how i might find out which it is?

Only way is to test pump with a meter, at the back of the pump is a coiled spring , in the middle of that is a slot does it turn when you put a screwdriver in it or is it stiff.
