Lawn edging

This is hard to explain but i have a back garden that has a patio paving throughtout. i have laid some turf down for half it. and the lawn edge is exposed and it looks messy. I have been looking for a lawn edging boorder to make it look presentable. also i cant just use any border as i have paving stones that are all joined together and have a small space every 45cm apart...whats the best thing to use to cover up the edge?

so you have laid turf on top of your patio

not quite sure what you mean but would a mowing strip work? just cut about a 4 inch strip along the edge of the turf and fill with decorative gravel.
