Premier 24 Alarm System with Texecom Speech Dialler

I have just installed my Premier 24 Alarm and finally got it all working, I have spent ages setting up all the configurations and entering text, but it all works.

However I have a problem with the speech dialler which I now need to configure this problem has now happened a couple of times. I partially set up the dialler including changing engineer code, which I have used and the dialler allowed me back in. But when I go back to it after a day or so, it does not allow me to enter the code. I have tried the new code and 1234 but nothing happens, why is this happening?

I know how to carry out a hard re-set, but if I remove all power from it i.e control panel power and battery WILL I LOOSE MY SETTINGS on the alarm system?

Just remove the power from the dialler.
However the panel has a NVM and will hold all programming in a power loss.

Yes its a NVM all settings will be kept.
Kickstart if you not powering back up as described in the book of words.
