ESP infinite wireless alarm

Hi I have a infinite wireless alarm which was fitted about 5 years ago and on the LCD it reads "disarmed zones in alarm" and i can't set the alarm via the key fobs or alarm panel. Also i cant get into the programming side of the alarm as i think it needs an installers code, but the company that fitted the alarm have since stop trading so was wondering if anyone knew how to get an installers code.

the panel's gone into an alarm condition, don't know about the installer's code sorry!
