Only from the maker I'm afraid - and that may be a long shot......or cannibalise the spout from a new identical tap if fitting it is the issue.
If its just an 'o' ring issue, you could get around that though.

Often enough the spout end can be unscrewed to sort that very problem.....however if its fixed then you could try immersing it in Viakal or some other claimed limescale remover.
If it has the gauze spray diffusers on the end you could probably cut them away to save the hassle of a new tap.
